Transform is an exclusive 5-week program specially designed for women of any age, empowering them to thrive and blossom regardless of where they presently feel they are. The program will actively involve and support women to increase their confidence by discovering their strengths and accepting their imperfections. It will also help them to explore their aspirations for the future.

Throughout the program, participants will receive valuable information which aims to stimulate their thinking and the chance to discuss these ideas with other women. Towards the end of the program they will be encouraged and supported to undertake a short assignment which will help to tap into their inner resources and help them to “tell their story” to a small group of like minded women (in their first language).

Delegates are likely to build friendships which we trust will last beyond the program and our belief is that it will give them the confidence to pursue their dreams.

Participants will explore how their thoughts shape their feelings and behaviours. They will have the opportunity to reflect on and acknowledge their strengths and understand why learning to value ourselves is key for any success in life. They will consider how the language we use has the ability to empower or disempower us. They will reflect on the value of recognising the strengths and supporting the growth of other women.

Participants will learn about the biology of stress and why “challenge stress” is important. They will begin to understand what their own signs and symptoms of overstress are. They will see how the stress response can become a cycle and may even lead to the development of phobias. They will explore the options they have to maintain themselves within their personal stress optimum. There will be inputs which will help them understand how to strengthen their resilience.

During this session, participants will understand the key factors that determine the quality of our relationships. They will explore their “drivers” and see how these often help their relationships yet without awareness how they can at times work against the maintenance of high quality relationships.

They will understand that it’s important to embrace their emotions, including ‘negative’ ones and develop emotional confidence through the A.R.T.™ method. They’ll also gain insights into succeeding in life using the G.R.I.T.™ 4-step approach and understand the importance of perseverance over talent.

In this session, delegates will explore how powerful it can be to “tell their story” as it will help them embrace who they are by learning from the past, whilst understanding that the past doesn’t have to define our future. They will work with other women to clarify what they have learnt from their past which they feel is important – what learning the program has added – and how this combined knowledge could positively shape their future.

They will receive guidance on how they might find it helpful to approach their assignment of telling their story in the final session.

Participants will engage in delegate presentations in Zoom breakout rooms. Each participant will share their story and receive positive affirmations from the women in their group. They will support each other as they reflect on what will be the first practical steps they will take to begin to pursue dreams they’ve identified / shared.
